OCR: CompactVideo Fix This component fixes a data rate constraining problem in the QuickTime 1.5 CompactVideo compressor. In some cases, the data rate was allowed to go above the limit set by the calling application, causing playback problems from CD. Drop this new CompactVideo component into your system folder and QT 1.5 will use it instead of the one found in the INIT. This fix is only provided for content developers that may occasionally run into the problem. It is not to be shipped with any applications.
